FAQ
Pricing questions answered.
What counts as a tracked pageview?
Every page view the script records for a site in a calendar month. Custom events, conversions and outbound clicks do not consume the allowance.
What happens if I go over my plan limit?
Data collection continues uninterrupted. An attribution stream with a hole in it produces wrong numbers. You will simply be notified to upgrade if you consistently exceed limits.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 28 days completely free with zero credit card required.
How long is my data kept?
Two different things are kept for two different lengths, so here are both. Conversions and their attribution — the records behind your revenue reporting — are kept for 1 year on Free and 3 years on Starter, Growth and Founder Annual. Raw pageview and event history is kept for 400 days on every plan, including paid ones, because the event store expires it automatically. So a two-year-old conversion still shows its source and value; the individual pageviews behind it will have aged out. You can also set a shorter retention period per site if you want less than we keep by default.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly in your billing dashboard with one click.
Attribute every deal back to the click, prompt, or ad that earned it.
SourceTrack connects your forms, bookings, and payments to first-party session journeys — so your team sees the source behind each conversion with no third-party cookies and no broken UTM fields.
