Form Attribution

Which campaign produced this form submission?

SourceTrack records the campaign, referrer and ad click ID on a visitor first pageview, holds it in first-party storage, and attaches it to the form submission whenever that happens, even days and several pages later. No hidden fields, no per-form setup required for native HTML forms.

Automatically capture first-touch, last-touch, UTM parameters, ad click IDs, and AI search referrers on every form submission. Works with Webflow, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Elementor, and any site using native HTML forms on the same page.

THE DIFFERENCE

The same lead submission, before and after.

Without SourceTrack

  • Lead arrives with no campaign
  • Hidden UTM fields to add per form
  • Multi-step forms drop the source
  • Rebuild forms to change tracking

With SourceTrack

  • Lead arrives already attributed
  • No fields to add or maintain
  • Source held on the session, not the page
  • Change nothing when forms change

FAQ

UTM and lead source tracking FAQ

Do I have to rebuild my forms?

No. One script tag goes in your head and the existing forms keep working exactly as they are. There are no hidden fields to add and nothing to re-add when you redesign a form.

Does it work with multi-step forms?

Yes. The source is held on the visitor session rather than on the page, so a three-step form does not lose the campaign between step one and step three — which is the usual failure with hidden-field approaches.

What if the visitor arrived with no UTM?

That is the majority of real traffic. Referrer data, click IDs, landing-page patterns and known AI and answer-engine referrers are used to classify sessions that arrive untagged, rather than filing them as Direct.

Does it slow the page down?

The tracker is a single small async script. It does not block rendering.

Attribute every deal back to the click, prompt, or ad that earned it.

SourceTrack connects your forms, bookings, and payments to first-party session journeys — so your team sees the source behind each conversion with no third-party cookies and no broken UTM fields.
