Attribution you can check, from people you can find.
SourceTrack is a marketing attribution tool built by a small engineering team, in the open. This page exists so you can work out whether to trust it without taking our word for anything.
Why it exists
Every ad platform grades its own homework.
Meta says it drove the sale. Google says it drove the sale. Finance sees one payment. Add the platforms up and you exceed the orders you actually shipped — nobody is lying, each one is measuring inside its own walls, and there is no referee. SourceTrack keeps one first-party record of what happened and lets you credit it under any of nine models.

Our limits
What SourceTrack will not do.
These are product rules, not plan settings — no upgrade turns any of them on.
- Set a third-party cookie, or use any cross-site identifier
- Fingerprint devices or browsers
- Store raw IP addresses
- De-anonymise visitors to a named person
- Sell, share or broker any customer's data
- Track phone calls, or write records into your CRM
FAQ
The questions that come up every time.
Who builds SourceTrack?
A small engineering team working in the open — the codebase is public at github.com/Ubaidofficial/SourceTrack, so the tracker, the attribution engine and the privacy behaviour can be read rather than taken on trust.
How does SourceTrack make money?
Subscriptions, priced on tracked pageviews: $49/mo, $79/mo, or $99/yr on the founder rate. We do not sell data, we do not run an ad network, and there is no revenue share on anything we attribute.
What does SourceTrack deliberately not do?
No cross-site identifiers, no fingerprinting, and no person-level de-anonymisation — those hold on every plan. Cookies are different: Cookieless Mode is a setting, it is off by default, and it is available on paid plans, so whether anything is stored on a visitor device depends on your plan and on switching it on. We also do not do call tracking, and we do not write records back into your CRM.
Is my visitors' data used to train anything?
No. Customer data is not used to train models, and no raw IP address is stored at any tier.
